Dr. Teri Herron is an artist and educator with years of diverse experience in music performance and higher education. She is a veteran of the opera and concert stages, is an experienced master teacher, has taught music in colleges and universities since 1998, has a decade's worth of experience working in academic music libraries, has written a book on vocal pedagogy, and is an experienced instructional/curriculum designer specializing in both on ground and online course and program development. In addition to her current duties as the Manager of Learning and Innovation Design at Bridgepoint Education, Dr. Herron maintains a private voice studio, performs and presents master classes at venues across the U.S., presents her research at national and international conferences and symposia, and serves on the board for the San Diego NATS chapter, on the Executive Board of the Cal-Western NATS Region, and as the Southern California District Governor of NATS.
